It's The Season Of Busy

We welcomed May in with a splash here! Literally- at the end of April we finally got to go swimming at California Family Fitness, where John works. Heated pool but windy day made for a big pool all to ourselves! We are excited to spend our days swimming this summer.

Then we celebrated Rooster's 9th birthday. Not his favorite by far- we spent the middle of the day at my goddaughter's baptism- but he did enjoy an impromptu soccer game with some extended family members. I did, too, because I was on the young team (I may have been the oldest on it, but it was the YOUNG team!).

Now it's May- baseball, school parties, more baseball, birthdays and holidays, baseball parties.... and BBQ-ing food time! It's easier to keep busy and eat healthier, I think- lots of fresh air and fresh fruit!
